We use a high precision altimeter to map out the elevation changes across the property and/or floor of the structure. Property elevation surveys are often used to create drainage plans and floor elevation surveys are often used when leveling a structure.

Property or Floor Elevation Survey Scope of Service: 

1. Research of the property in question using the relevant municipal websites accessible online, such as permits;

2. Site visit by P.E. to measure elevations across the property/structure;

3. Verbal explanation of the findings provided by the P.E. at the end of the site visit.

4. Signed and sealed topographical map of the property and/or floor of the structure produced by the P.E. and delivered in pdf          format within 72 hours.
